Our Ambition:

To provide a marketplace connecting young talent to work experience, internships, apprenticeships, holiday jobs, work placements, volunteering and permanent roles, through matching interest, skills and needs with the opportunities in the most relevant industries, businesses and other organisations. Everywhere.

Why we exist

Young happy students walking while talking. Looking aside.
As of 2024, in the UK we have 7.4 Million people between 16-25 years old.
  • Youth worklessness has reached its highest level in 10 years.

  • Nearly 15% of them are unemployed.

  • Over 946,000 young people are currently viewed as economically inactive. (not in employment, education or some sort of training).

  • Currently at the age of 16, students in the UK are required to take part in some element of work experience.

The majority of young people, and in many cases their parents or guardians, have limited sources locally, regionally or nationally to tap into the most relevant vacancies, opportunities
  • It is frustrating for young people, careers advisors, schools, colleges and higher education establishments
  • It is equally frustrating for businesses or other organisations who have vacancies to fill with no one source to publish, search for and engage available talent.

Optme-IN

The one stop platform Connecting and matching young talent with business, workplace experience, placements, internships, volunteering and permanent jobs.

  • Many businesses and other organisations in various communities around the country need the next generations employees, managers and leaders.
  • However, without the tools to navigate the limited sites, bureaucracy and access to those qualified and interested. They are often left wanting and roles go unfilled.
  • Often businesses and other organisations are forced to engage agents like recruitment consultants, placement companies and more, which can incur large costs in time, fees, commissions and marketing
Schools opportunities
So, let’s ask the question – why do businesses and non-corporate organisations of any size need to pay commissions and extend the recruitment process because this ‘is the way it has always been done’?

Optme-IN aims to challenge this model and connect available talent with the most suited workplace vacancies at the speed of AI.

With a streamlined platform and a one-off annual subscription of less than £500 per year, the business and other sector communities own their talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding in a fraction of the time, at a fraction of the cost and with a high degree of ‘best match’ to the most appropriate talent

If this sounds like the solution you’ve been looking for, whether a job or work experience seeker’ or whether you are a business, non-profit, start-up, scale-up, or public sector organisation then Optme-IN is the one stop shop for you to make this new age of agile talent matching and mobility a reality.
