Our Ambition:
To provide a marketplace connecting young talent to work experience, internships, apprenticeships, holiday jobs, work placements, volunteering and permanent roles, through matching interest, skills and needs with the opportunities in the most relevant industries, businesses and other organisations. Everywhere.
Why we exist
As of 2024, in the UK we have 7.4 Million people between 16-25 years old.
The majority of young people, and in many cases their parents or guardians, have limited sources locally, regionally or nationally to tap into the most relevant vacancies, opportunities
Optme-IN
The one stop platform Connecting and matching young talent with business, workplace experience, placements, internships, volunteering and permanent jobs.
So, let’s ask the question – why do businesses and non-corporate organisations of any size need to pay commissions and extend the recruitment process because this ‘is the way it has always been done’?
Optme-IN aims to challenge this model and connect available talent with the most suited workplace vacancies at the speed of AI.
With a streamlined platform and a one-off annual subscription of less than £500 per year, the business and other sector communities own their talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding in a fraction of the time, at a fraction of the cost and with a high degree of ‘best match’ to the most appropriate talent
If this sounds like the solution you’ve been looking for, whether a job or work experience seeker’ or whether you are a business, non-profit, start-up, scale-up, or public sector organisation then Optme-IN is the one stop shop for you to make this new age of agile talent matching and mobility a reality.

About the App
The app utilises Generative AI and other advanced technologies to provide:
The app will feature a dual-lens approach:
- Vertical Lens: For young people with specific career interests, the app offers tailored opportunities such as work experience, volunteer roles, internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level positions within chosen sectors. Sector-specific mentors and toolkits will support users in building skills and navigating their career paths.
- Horizontal Lens: For those exploring their options, the app enables discovery across multiple sectors, encouraging exploration and allowing users to try different roles, gain diverse experiences, and develop a broader understanding of potential career paths.
This dual-lens framework ensures the app is inclusive and adaptable, supporting both focused career ambitions and open-ended exploration.
The app will be free for young users until they secure their first role, at which point they will be encouraged to make a donation and become mentors themselves. Businesses will benefit from an annual subscription, eliminating recruitment costs while gaining direct access to a diverse talent pool. Schools and educators can use the platform to facilitate work experience placements and offer free courses, with feedback and pilot development guided by our investors.
